Sarawakians called to play their role in curbing Covid-19

SUPP top leaders expressed their disappointment with the seemingly small allocation to Sarawak.

KUCHING, Mar 14: Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian advised Sarawakians to play their role in helping prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Sim, in a status update on his social media platform called for the public to practice their hygiene, especially in public areas.

“Everyone has to play their role, and please help do your part, such as the personal hygiene, learn coughing or sneezing etiquette and practice social distancing,” he said.


Sim also called for any public gathering to be cancelled or postponed, including non-essential travel, and urged everyone to cooperate in curbing the spread of Covid-19.

“Together we shall overcome Covid-19. Stay calm, do not fear, and don’t fall
for rumours,” he added.—DayakDaily
