“From now until the end of December, we have sponsored or funded 238 events. With 365 days in a year, there is something happening almost every week in Sarawak,” he said during a press conference for the Front Row Live Series 2025 on Monday (Dec 16).

He added that these events encompass a wide range of themes, including music, culture, sports, and food, making Sarawak a dynamic and captivating state.

“This has made Sarawak a beloved destination, and perhaps a little envied by other states (in Malaysia).

“We’ve received tremendous praise for our ability to manage and organise so many events throughout the year,” he remarked.

Looking ahead to 2025, Abdul Karim shared that Sarawak will host the Front Row Live Series 2025, beginning with the Boney M 50th Anniversary Tour Concert at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) on Jan 4.

The series will also feature a live comedy festival in Kuching and music concerts in Miri, further solidifying Sarawak’s status as a cultural and entertainment hotspot for tourism. — DayakDaily
