KUCHING, March 6: The Sarawak Mega Fair in Singapore 2025, planned to be held from Oct 16 to 19, 2025, will provide an impactful platform for government officials, business leaders, and stakeholders to showcase the State’s trade, investment, and tourism.
According to a press statement, the Mega Fair will cover seminars, exhibitions and business matching to connect Sarawak to the world through its close collaboration with Singapore.
The objectives of the Mega Fair are to provide a platform for government officials, business leaders, and stakeholders from Sarawak, Singapore, and the region to connect and network, foster collaboration, facilitate business matching, and promote trade, investment, and tourism opportunities.
It also aims to showcase Sarawak’s potential and drive sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
Sarawak Deputy Premier and Minister for International Trade, Industry and Investment Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan recently chaired the Steering Committee Meeting for the Sarawak Mega Fair in Singapore 2025.
He was briefed by the organising committee which was led by Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office in Singapore (STATOS) chairman Tan Sri Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani on the event’s preparation.
Also present were Deputy Minister for International Trade, Industry and Investment, Sarawak Datuk Malcolm Mussen Lamoh, MINTRED advisor Dato Sri Naroden Majais, Deputy State Secretary (Operations) Datu Hii Chang Kee, MINTRED Permanent Secretary Dzulkornain Masron, and other senior officers from relevant ministries and agencies. – DayakDaily
