KUCHING, Oct 28: Members of the public are invited to savour Sarawak’s delicacies at ‘Sarawak Kitchen’ during the Sarawak Regatta-Kuching Waterfront Festival 2022.

Minister for International Trade and Investment (Mintred) Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan said there are more than 30 stalls selling traditional and modern food, and some 20 booths occupied by small and medium entrepreneurs (SME) selling ‘Made in Sarawak’ products from today to Nov 6.

“As usual, when Sarawak Regatta takes place at the Kuching Waterfront, our ministry will organise this Sarawak Kitchen and side stalls.

“This is a very good event and venue for us, as it helps and promotes not only our own products but also those of the local entrepreneurs.

“Now is also the time for them to get involved in business. It is quite fun too because here, we can gather, see and taste different types of food and drinks,” Awang Tengah said at the soft launch this evening. — DayakDaily
