Sarawak eyes collaboration with South Korea-based Gyeonggido Business and Science Accelerator for SME devt

KUCHING, Aug 1: Sarawak Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan has recently led a Sarawak delegation to the Pangyo Techno Valley in Seoul, South Korea, a renowned technology hub known as the ‘Silicon Valley of South Korea’.

According to a press release, the visit aimed to forge a collaborative partnership with the Gyeonggido Business and Science Accelerator (GBSA) to develop a sustainable and innovative model for startups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sarawak.

Pangyo Techno Valley is a vibrant centre for technology and innovation, housing over 1,600 leading companies in the sector.

The site is managed by GBSA, an agency established by the Gyeonggi Province Government in 1997.
