This globally recognised honour is awarded to organisations that meet rigorous international procurement standards, verified through a comprehensive and independent assessment by CIPS UK.
With this certification, Sarawak Energy joins an elite group of 500 organisations worldwide.
According to a media release today, the certification was officially presented on Nov 19, 2024, during a ceremony held at The Kia Oval in London.
It acknowledges Sarawak Energy’s commitment to upholding international procurement practices across five key dimensions, including Leadership and Organisation; Strategy and Policy; People; Process and Systems; and Performance Management.
The award was presented by Jonathan Morgan, director for UK, Europe & Americas Markets at CIPS, to Sarawak Energy’s senior vice president for Contract & Procurement (C&P) Yusri Safri.
