Santubong National Park, Matang Wildlife Centre to resume operations in April

KUCHING, March 27: Santubong National Park and Matang Wildlife Centre will resume operations in April after being closed due to the monsoon season.

Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) in a Facebook post today said nature enthusiasts, wildlife lovers, and all those who appreciate the beauty of Sarawak’s natural habitats are welcome to visit both the park and centre.

“However, if the site conditions are deem unsafe for visitors due to bad weather, the opening of the park and centre may be lifted,” it said.

SFC also reminds the public to mark their calendar and plan their trip when the park and centre’s operations resume.
