She also said they did a fantastic job organising events and bringing people together to achieve a common goal.

“This is an important reminder that together, we can make a positive difference in the lives of those around us,” she said in her speech before officiating the run at City One Megamall this morning.

She urged people to give their best and contribute to this event.

“Your participation will go a long way in helping someone in need. Let us continue to show support for each other in these difficult times, and let us continue to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most,” she said.

The event was jointly organised by six Rotary Clubs based in Kuching—Rotary Club of Kuching, Rotary Club of Kuching Central, Rotary Club of Kuching Jaya, Rotary Club of Kuching South, Rotary Club of Kuching Unity City, and the Rotary Club of Urban Kuching.

The objective is to raise funds to support numerous community service projects that benefit the underprivileged members of our society.
