KUCHING, March 29: A section of the Pan Borneo Highway from Jakar to Meruton in Sarikei will be closed on March 30 to make way for road construction works.
Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak’s Pan Borneo Highway branch in a statement today said a detour route which is the old road to Jakar will temporary open for road users during the period.
As such, the department advises road users to be careful when using the detour route and follow the safety signs provided. — DayakDaily
