PUTRAJAYA, Jan 11: Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Rina Mohd Harun has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry in a statement today said Rina had undergone a Covid-19 swab test at the Putrajaya Health Clinic yesterday morning.
The ministry added Rina was admitted to Sungai Buloh Hospital at 11am today for further observation.
Meanwhile, Rina is the second Cabinet minister to test positive for Covid-19 in the past two days.
Yesterday, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed was confirmed positive for Covid-19 after taking a swab test upon arrival in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
He was reported to be in stable condition. — DayakDaily
