KUCHING, April 26: A RHB Bank employee at is Simpang Tiga branch here has tested positive for Covid-19.
The banking group in a press statement issued from Kuala Lumpur today disclosed the affected employee was confirmed Covid-19 positive yesterday (April 25) and is currently under quarantine.
Its Simpang Tiga branch has been temporarily closed from March 25 and will remain closed until the Movement Control Order (MCO) ends.
The banking group revealed that deep cleaning and sanitisation of the branch premises will be carried out in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines. Employees who had close contact with the affected employee have been placed on home quarantine as an added precaution.
The banking group revealed that it has taken all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the health and safety of its customers, employees and the community. — DayakDaily
