Regatta tragedy: Victims’ family members gather in sadness at SGH’s forensic dept

KUCHING, Oct 20: Family members gather in sadness at the Sarawak General Hospital’s (SGH) forensic department following the discovery of the five victims of the boat sinking tragedy early this morning.

According to a news report from the Information Department (JaPen) Sarawak today, several family members were also seen crying and hugging each other while still waiting for the post-mortem process to be carried out.

Norainaa Arbi, 30, couldn’t hold back her tears and was also seen to be comforted several times by a relative.

She is engaged to one of the victims, Majurie Maharuf, and they had plans to get married in December of this year.
