Premier urges PBB members to boost activities in 2026

KUCHING, Nov 22: Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has reminded the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) members to boost its activities next year.

PBB secretary-general Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi said the party’s Supreme Council meeting today will be the last meeting of the year to fulfil the requirement of at least four meetings per year under the party’s constitution.

“At the meeting, the PBB Secretariat updated the number of members of the party until the end of 2025.

“They also updated the programmes that have been held over the year, where PBB was involved in several events.

“We were reminded by the Premier, who is also PBB president, to intensify the party’s activities further for next year,” he said at a press conference after PBB Supreme Council meeting held at PBB headquarters today.

Nanta further revealed that the PBB Youth movement will hold a dinner programme tomorrow evening, to raise funds for their activities in 2026. — DayakDaily
