“We will bring all sectors, agriculture, tourism, industry, and furniture. We will bring them all here to showcase their products.

“At the same time, we will also hold seminars, promotions and talks on Sarawak’s potential from various fields,” Sarawak Trade, Investment and Tourism Office Singapore (STATOS) chairman Tan Sri Datuk Amar Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani shared during an interview by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (UKAS) while visiting the Sarawak Pavilion at the Singapore Expo in conjunction with the Food & Hotel Asia-Food & Beverage (FHA-F&B) 2025.

The trade event also aims to promote the tourism sector in Sarawak.

“We want more tourists from Singapore or abroad to come to Sarawak.

“There are many opportunities to see and get to know Sarawak at the Sarawak Mega Fair,” he shared.

He also hinted at the possibility that the exhibition could be held at other Sarawak trade, investment and tourism offices after Singapore.

Aside from that, he encouraged local entrepreneurs to continue their pursuit in marketing their products and services overseas, adding that STATOS together with the Sarawak Ministry for International Trade, Industry and Investment (MINTRED) are ready to help provide advisory services and other support for businesses looking to expand abroad. – DayakDaily
