ā€œI will fly to Kuala Lumpur tonight to meet with our MPs as a Bill is being tabled in Parliament that indirectly touches on our rights. I want our MPs to stand firm and ensure our rights are protected in this new legislation.

ā€œHowever, Economy Minister Rafizi Ramli has assured that the Bill will align harmoniously with both federal and State laws with regards to the subject matter,ā€ he said when speaking during Sarawak United Peoplesā€™ Partyā€™s (SUPP) Triennial Delegate Conference held at Saati Hall, SUPP headquarters here today.

A recording of Abang Johariā€™s speech was made available to DayakDaily after the function. ā€” DayakDaily
