KUCHING, May 16: Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg is set to deliver a keynote address at the Asia Future Energy Conference 2024, taking place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre in Bangkok tomorrow (May 17).
Abang Johari has been invited once again to share valuable insights into Sarawak’s green economic development and energy transition initiatives on the regional conference stage.
According to a news report by TVS, his arrival in Bangkok today at approximately 1.25pm was met with a warm welcome from Sarawak Energy chief executive oficer Sharbini Suhaili at a local hotel.
Accompanying the Premier are Minister of Utility and Communication Dato Sri Julaihi Narawi, Deputy Minister of Energy and Environmental Sustainability Datuk Dr Hazland Hipni, and Sarawak Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki, alongside other distinguished delegates. — DayakDaily
