KUCHING, Oct 7: Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg chaired a meeting with Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) members of Parliament (MPs) and Senators in Kuala Lumpur on Monday night (Oct 6).
According to the Sarawak Premier’s Office Facebook page, the three-hour meeting was held in conjunction with the opening of the parliamentary session.
“It served as a platform for discussion and sharing of the latest information between the Sarawak Premier and GPS leaders at the federal level, including updates on developments within their respective ministries,” said the post.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation, Dato Sri Fadillah Yusof; Dewan Negara President Dato Awang Bemee Awang Ali Basah; Sarawak Secretary, Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki; and Minister of Women, Family, and Community Development, Dato Sri Hajah Nancy Shukri, were among those present. — DayakDaily
