PKR to hold party elections in April and May, info chief calls for fair play

KUCHING, March 25: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) will be holding a series of elections, including branch elections and party elections between April and May.

In a statement today, PKR Sarawak information chief Abun Sui Anyit called on all members to participate in the election processes to determine their future leaders.

Nomination of candidates for the nationwide branch elections has been set from April 8 to 10, 2022, while the nomination of candidates for Central Leadership Council (MPP) is on April 11, 2022.


He also stated that physically e-voting is set from May 13 to 17, 2022 while online voting will be held from May 18 to 20, 2022.

“Members who have smartphones can download the app named ‘ADIL’  to vote online,” said Abun Sui.

He also called on members and candidates to campaign prudently and in an orderly manner.  

“There should not be any inappropriate attacks on their respective competitors during the campaign time of the various stages of elections.
