KUCHING, Dec 16: Include a representative from Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Sarawak and Sabah in the process of restoring the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63), says PKR deputy secretary-general Tay Wei Wei.
Tay said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof should involve all parties that are together in the unity government in Sarawak and Sabah.
“PKR Sarawak has representatives who are experienced and expert in issues related to the MA63 agreement, such as lawyer and former assemblyman Dominique Ng Kim Ho,” he said in a statement today.
Tay said PKR was one of the earliest parties to promise to restore MA63 rights, which can be proven by the Sarawak PKR manifesto in the previous election.
He added that the sincerity of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman and PKR president to return all the rights under MA63 to Sarawak and Sabah, should also not be doubted anymore. — DayakDaily
