KUCHING, Aug 7: The temporary partial road closure along Jalan Lapangan Terbang near Farley Kuching has been extended for one month from Aug 8 to Sept 9, 2025, to facilitate ongoing pipe-laying works.
According to Sarawak Metro Sdn Bhd (Sarawak Metro), the closure will be in effect daily from 9am to 4pm throughout the period.
Road users are advised to be cautious when driving in the affected area and to adhere to all traffic management control measures, road warning signs, and speed limits to ensure the safety of both road users and construction workers.
Sarawak Metro assured that the public will be duly notified if there are any changes to the notification.
Road users are also encouraged to plan their journeys accordingly to avoid delays.
