MIRI, June 17: No physical or criminal element was found leading to the death of a female Chinese national on June 5, says Miri police chief ACP Lim Meng Seah.
Lim disclosed that a post mortem carried out at Miri hospital on June 17 (Wednesday) at Miri hospital, found the presence of syabu and amphetamine drugs in the deceased’s blood.
“Her blood will be taken to the lab for further analysis,” said Lim.
On June 5, at 8.10am, the deceased, identified as Fang Fang, a 32-year-old masseuse, was brought to a private hospital by a male friend, after she fell unconscious.
Medical staff there reported that she was already dead.
The actual cause of Fang Fang’s death is still not known.—DayakDaily
