KUCHING, June 10: Malaysian Trade Union (MTUC) Sarawak Secretary Andrew Lo has commended the highly efficient management of the Covid-19 vaccination at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).
After personally going through the entire process of the AstraZeneca (AZ) vaccination this morning, he said he was impressed with the way his vaccination appointment was completed.
“I had opted for the AZ vaccine and was given an appointment at 9.00am today. I arrived at 8.35am, parked my car and was given a number 60 at 8.45am. I was vaccinated at 9.05am.
“The signage was clear and informative all the way and the staff were well trained and helpful. If that is not efficient, I don’t know what is,” he said in a statement today.
With that, he expressed his gratitude to all the frontliners including the Rela traffic wardens, registration staff and nurses on duty at vaccination centres.
Lo also urged the public to stick to their vaccination appointment time and arrive no more than half an hour earlier to avoid congestion at the vaccination centre. — DayakDaily
