KUCHING, Apr 2: Local entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized businesses have been urged to fill in a survey on the impact of Movement Control Order (MCO) due to Covid-19 to enable Mintred to identify issues and come up with an action plan.
Ministry of International Trade & Industry, Industrial Terminal & Entrepreneur Development (Mintred), in an announcement today, emphasised that feedback from local entrepreneurs was crucial to enable it to identify the economic situations faced by the different sectors of industries.
“It will enable the Ministry to implement and take immediate actions to assist local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as the overall economy in this challenging time.
“As such, we are appealing to all (local entrepreneurs and SMEs) who have yet to fill in the survey to do so for the phase two survey and returned the survey forms to Mintred immediately.”
Mintred informed that the first phase of the survey has been done.
