He emphasised the importance of cooperation among various sectors, along with the support provided by his ministry and the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Sustainability, in order to achieve this goal.
“It is our hope that there will be a more complete direction in the near future to move towards sustainability, especially from the banking sector,” he said in his speech at Sustainability and Renewable Energy Forum (SAREF) 3.0 before launching the Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) Sarawak Chapter today at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here.
Julaihi noted that the forum will delve into various topics, including ESG funding and the interplay between public policy, talent strategy, and individual goals.
