Members of reserve army receive aid in recognition of service during Covid-19

KUCHING, Apr 24: The Regiment 511 Askar Wataniah (Reserve Army) has donated necessary daily items for the members and servicemen who have participated in Ops Penawar during the Covid-19 pandemic.

A total of 10 families have received aid from the regiment which is being handed out in two phases which are on the Apr 9 and Apr 23, 2020.

The purpose of the aid is to honor the sacrifices of the members and also to uplift the members’ morale during the pandemic.

Meanwhile, 20 officers and 206 members of the regiment have participated in the Movement Control Order (MCO).—DayakDaily
