KUCHING, Oct 15: Dato’ Mancha Ata has been appointed as the new Sarawak police commissioner.
According to a Facebook statement posted by the Royal Malaysia Police Department (PDRM) on Oct 13, Mancha is taking over the post from Datuk Mohd Azman Sapri Abang Ahmad.
It said Mohd Azman will be serving as Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department director.

Meanwhile, Bukit Aman Special Branch (E1) principal assistant director Datuk Ibrahim Darus will take over as Sarawak deputy police commissioner. — DayakDaily
