KUCHING, Feb 17: A man was found dead with stab wounds to his body at a shoplot at Batu Kawah early this morning.
The 37-year-old deceased was discovered at the scene by the public around 3:40am.
It was believed that the deceased had been stabbed by his pillion rider, who was also the suspect’s friend.
Both the deceased and the suspect were on their way to MJC on a motorcycle when the suspect suddenly took out a sharp object and stabbed the deceased on his body. The deceased later fell down from the motorcycle and the suspect fled the scene.
According to the police, it was believed that the suspect’s motive is because the deceased broke the suspect’s car’s window not long ago.
The police confirmed the identity of the 25-year-old suspect and are tracking down the suspect. — DayakDaily
