Man chooses wrong place to sleep off drunken stupor

MIRI, August 23: An intoxicated man in his late 20’s lost his motorcycle and wallet to thieves early Thursday morning (Aug 23).

The incident reportedly happened near a bakery in Permyjaya.

Prior to the incident, the man had parked his motorcycle in front of the bakery before visiting a nearby entertainment outlet.

Afterwards, the man left the entertainment outlet in an intoxicated state, and subsequently fell asleep on a five-foot way next to his motorcycle.

When he woke up around 5.30am, he realised that his wallet containing cash amounting at RM150, his identification card, and bank cards were missing. Also gone was his motorcycle.

He immediately lodged a police report over the incident. — DayakDaily
