Long Lellang crash victim Alexson’s remains to return to Desa Senadin home after post-mortem

MIRI, Sept 9: The family of late medical assistant Alexson Adit Henry, 31, who was killed in the Flying Doctor Service (FDS) helicopter crash in Long Lellang on Tuesday, is awaiting the completion of the autopsy before setting a date and time for his final rites and burial.

Alexson’s sister, Annastasia Luyah Henry, said in a Facebook post that the family would provide further details once the autopsy results had been released by the hospital.

“The deceased will be taken to his residence in Desa Senadin here after the autopsy process is completed,” she said on behalf of Alexson’s wife, Stephanie Essah Incham, and the family.

On Tuesday, the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) announced that a BO-105 helicopter carrying five people, including the pilot, had crashed near the Long Lellang Short Take-Off and Landing Airport (STOLport).

The crash claimed the lives of all five people on board.

Besides Alexson, the other victims were pilot Captain Zainol Afiq Bee Sham, 30; medical officer Dr Ainul Baraah Kamaruddin, 33; and nurses Debra Moset, 40, and Jessie Paya Jok, 44. — Bernama
