Kuching remains red zone with 4 active clusters

KUCHING, Oct 31: The state capital city remains in the red zone with a total of 86 Covid-19 local infection cases recorded in the last 14 days.

State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in a statement today said Lundu, Miri and Limbang are under yellow zone while the other 36 districts remain in the green.

No new clusters were reported in Sarawak today.

The remaining active clusters are Baki Cluster, Greenhill Cluster, Bah Arnab Cluster and Seladah Cluster in Kuching and Putra Cluster in Bintulu.

To-date, Greenhill Cluster has recorded 42 cases, followed by Baki Cluster (30), Bah Arnab Cluster (12), Seladah Cluster (7) and Putra Cluster (5).

Currently, 144 cases were being treated in isolation in Sarawak General Hospital (97), Miri Hospital (14), Sibu Hospital (2) and Bintulu Hospital (1).
