KUCHING, March 27: Deputy Prime Minister and Energy Transition and Water Transformation Minister, Dato Sri Fadillah Yusof, has stated that the Julau parliamentary constituency receives its water supply from the Julau Water Treatment Plant, which has a design capacity of 1.6 million litres per day (JLH) and a supply proportional to current demand.

“There is also a plan to increase the plant’s capacity in two phases: 4 JLH under the Sarawak government and 8 JLH under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW),” Fadillah said during today’s question and answer session in Parliament.
