KUCHING, May 15: Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Jemoreng will submit a motion to take action against ‘traitors’ within the party during its Triennial Delegates Conference (TDC) in June.

Its branch chief Datuk Dr Juanda Jaya explained that during the 12th Sarawak Election, some party members were found not helping the party’s election machinery but instead showed support towards the Opposition or Independent candidates through social media and other platforms.

“Thus, several PBB branches will bring this matter up during the TDC so that the traitors will face stern action,” he told reporters after attending the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) pre-council meeting held at PBB Headquarters in Jalan Bako today.

He further said that with the 15th General Election just around the corner, he does not want to see the traitors become wolves in sheep’s clothing.

“If they do not support GPS, let them be with the party they support. Therefore, these traitors must be disciplined whether they will face stern action or be sacked from the party,” he added. — DayakDaily
