KUCHING, Feb 28: The resignation of Larry Sng as Sarawak Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) chairman is no longer a rumour, it has been confirmed.
Bandar Kuching PKR chief Dominique Ng, when breaking this to the press, said Sng’s relinquishment from his position has been officially confirmed by the party.
“I have been chased after by reporters since yesterday (Feb 27). Now, I do not speak on behalf of PKR Sarawak, I’m just confirming certain things.
“Larry Sng has resigned as PKR Sarawak state chief. That is confirmed by the party,” he said during a flood aid campaign at Kampung Sinar Budi multipurpose hall, Batu Kawa here earlier today.
As to the reasons of the resignation, Ng did not reveal another word. Instead, he said it would be best to approach Sng regarding this matter.
“As to the reasons why, I think you should ask him yourself. He is the best person to answer that.
“Whatever is true or false, whatever it is, eventually everything will come to the surface. So, I will leave it at that,” he remarked. — DayakDaily
