International school in Senadin evacuated after it receives bomb threat, no suspicious devices found during police search

MIRI, Nov 22: An international school in Senadin took precautionary measures by evacuating students following an emailed bomb threat earlier this morning.

Miri police’s bomb squad and forensic unit were deployed to inspect the entire school building after students gathered at the assembly point around 11.45am.

They then proceeded to conduct a thorough search of the premises to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The police team concluded their inspection at 3pm, and no suspicious devices were found during the search.
