KUCHING, Mar 27: As business has been affected badly due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) as a result of Covid-19 pandemic, King’s Curry has taken to online and is preparing food for takeaway.

“We just wanted to try it out. But since we started yesterday, unexpectedly business has been brisk,” proprietor Karishma Shankar Asnani told DayakDaily.

She reiterated that her staff at King’s Curry take extra precautions during the current pandemic to ensure high standard of hygiene.

“Besides serving Halal food, we also ensure that our staff will have their temperature checks daily. We also insisted on using hand sanitizer for our staff, our customers and the food transporters. On top of that, we also carry our disinfectant on our premises on a daily basis,” she said.

Currently, King’s Curry employs 10 full-time staff including cooks.

Food Delivery within Kuching Town area and Padungan is free of charge. Other areas need to have a minimum order of RM75 and are subject to charges or customers can use King Curry’s delivery partner Planet Kuching. Alternatively you can order for pickup by calling the numbers in the menu below.
