KUCHING, Oct 31: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) is set to open its Jigsaw condos sales gallery to the public at La Promenade Mall on Nov 2.
The Jigsaw project, HSL’s first high-rise living development, has seen high demand since its exclusive preview launch on Oct 26, with studio units nearly sold out.
“Also selling well are medium-sized units (over 1,000 sqft with three bedrooms) and XL penthouses (two-storey units with atriums). All sales have come from a preview period starting October 26, opened exclusively to past clients, early registrants and staff,” said HSL Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing Angie Joan Daniel.
“On Nov 2, Jigsaw’s sales gallery at La Promenade Mall will open to the public,” she said in a statement today.
Angie said currently, there are fewer than a handful of one-bedroom studios unit left because the during preview period, there are a strong demand for premium condos, no matter the size.
According to her, the remaining studios are 585sqft and come with “Standard” or “Designer” furnishing packages.
“Over 60 per cent of Jigsaw units are 1,018sqft, while end units on each floor reach 1,743sqft. Penthouses start from 1,952sqft,” she added.
At the development’s sales gallery, a full-size mock-up unit built that showcase premium materials like double-glazed windows installed on all units.
Visitors can also experience lifting the actual heavy windows and feel how quiet their condo will be, and try the memory foam mattress in the Designer furnishing package.
Located opposite of Kuching International Airport (KIA), Jigsaw offers a monthly maintenance fee of only 21 sen per sqft.
Resident facilities include a half-Olympic-sized pool, alongside other conveniences like a basement car park.
