KUCHING, March 9: A 25-year-old mother is desperately seeking out her four-year-old child who has been missing for over 48 hours now.
Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Youth secretary general Milton Foo said the boy’s mother, Dynasty Chang Kah Hui, was told that her son Eric Chang had gone missing by the family’s caretaker on March 7.
On the same day at 7.42pm, Dynasty had lodged a police report at the Bintawa Police Station.
The boy, whose nickname is Duck Duck, was last seen at Taman Riverview Lorong 2, wearing a dark blue T-shirt and black pants.
On the night Eric was reported missing, Kapitan of Taman Riverview Chung Chong Chong had led a team of over 10 Village Security and Development Committee (JKKK) members to search for the boy.
They covered the residential areas and even the Bintawa industrial area but to no avail.
“I’m thankful to everyone who helped to search for my boy.
“Now, I only wish that my child can return home safely and be back in our arms,” said Dynasty in a press conference with Foo today.
Meanwhile, Foo urged the public to look out for Eric and to report to either the mother (011-2781 8688), father, Lee Fook Chuan (011-1781 8573) or the SUPP Pending service centre (011-1903 8660) should they have any related information. — DayakDaily
