KUCHING, Dec 14: Half of the roads at ILP Kota Samarahan roundabout will be closed from 9am to 4pm for repairs and surface upgrading works starting today until Dec 18.
In an advisory notice, Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak Southern Region Office has advised motorists to be extra careful when approaching and travelling along the road and to comply with all traffic management instructions until road works have been completed.
Road users are also encouraged to plan their journey ahead as some traffic delays can be expected in both directions heading towards Kota Samarahan as well as towards Kuching.
The department apologised for any inconvenience caused, and will inform the public should there be any changes in the date, time or area involved with the upgrading and maintenance works.
