“They specialise in authentic halal and innovative dim sum. We offer a wide variety of dim sum delicacies, from steamed to fried, including different pao (buns) types.
“In addition, the dishes are made with natural colouring ingredients, including Butterfly Pea Flower and an assortment of vegetables like pepper, spinach, pumpkin, and purple sweet potato,” he said at the opening event today.
With over 20 types of dim sum dishes to choose from, Kueh promised that everyone could find and savour their favourite dim sum at the outlet.
Meanwhile, Tay revealed that they intend to expand to Sibu and Bintulu soon.
The top must-try dishes are 4 Seasons Blessing, Wok Fried Radish Cake, Crystal Shrimp Dumpling, Pizza Pau, Salted Egg Lava Pau, and their signature bittersweet Hainanese White Coffee.
