KUCHING, Nov 17: Grand Margherita Hotel (GMH) here has come on board as a Gold Sponsor for TEDxKenyalang which will be held on Nov 25-26.
According to a press release, GMH general manager Mok Pin Chuan said the established hotel chose to support TEDxKenyalang as it is already known as a successful platform for local and international delegates and speakers, young and old, to share and discuss ideas that will inspire, educate and create awareness on various aspects and fields.
With the theme ‘Be the Best’, this year’s 2-day conference happening at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching will see successful and talented speakers from all walks of life sharing their stories. The speakers are Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi, Alvin Wee, Azmir Zed, Magdalene Muuk, Aziph Mustapha, Sada Borneo music band, Dr M Abdullah Zaidel, Anthony Sebastian, Diane Russell, Datin Valerie Mashman, and James Lai.
This year’s conference theme seeks to explore how the various aspects of the world are distinctively interconnected. Shaped by their experience and ideas, the speakers will explore paradigms that will inspire, empower, and motivate participants to embrace new perspectives. Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg serves as the patron for TEDxKenyalang 2017.
