KUCHING, Oct 17: Sarawak Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) is presently eyeing the five parliamentary seats it contested in the last 14th General Election (GE14).
PAS Sarawak Information chief Syamsul Bahri Mohd said the seats are Petra Jaya, Kota Samarahan, Batang Sadong, Batang Lupar, and Sibuti.
“However, no decision has been made whether there will be a reduction, addition, or exchange of seats.
“Cooperation with Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) under the Perikatan Nasional is still under discussion because the strategy in Sarawak is very different from Peninsular Malaysia in terms of its political landscape,” he said in a statement today. — DayakDaily
