SIBU, Jan 15: A free petrol programme will be held from January 18 to 20.
It is scheduled to take place at the Petronas Service Station, Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg 2 (Syarikat Unipetro ), next to SMK Tung Hua, starting at 9am on January 18.
Sibu MP Oscar Ling disclosed today that the event aimed to help the lower income B40 group, especially in view of the coming Chinese New Year celebration.
“We will sponsor 500 motorcycles with RM5 worth of petrol each. This is a small token from Pakatan Harapan to motorcyclists during the celebrations. I hope this will help to ease their cost to celebrate Chinese New Year,” he revealed in a press statement.
Motorcyclists may get the free petrol coupon at Petronas Service Station, Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg 2 from 9am on January 18 onwards.
The said free petrol coupon may only be used at the said petrol station during those three days. — DayakDaily
