KUCHING, Jan 5: H&L Supercenter in Aiman Mall, Kota Samarahan invites the public to its Anlene’s #MoveWithNoLimits roadshow campaign starting tomorrow where participants will be given a free bone scan and muscle strength test worth RM150.
The first 20 participants at the roadshow will also stand a chance to bring home a mystery prize.
According to Fonterra Brands (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd area sales executive Ho Kuok Ping, as part of the campaign, Anlene will be activating nationwide roadshows.
He added the campaign will be held exclusively at Anlene’s booth in front of the H&L Supercenter entrance from 10am to 10pm.
The three-day campaign (Jan 6-8) will feature international movie icon and long-time Anlene supporter, Michelle Yeoh, as the brand ambassador.
Nominated for a Gotham Award for her lead role in the critically acclaimed ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’, the Malaysian-born actress and Hollywood star’s stellar career is showing no sign of slowing down.
At 60, she continues to push boundaries and is nowhere close to slowing down, as she continues to defy the stereotypes that older people are restricted in mobility and cannot make significant milestones in their lives.
“I first drank Anlene fifteen years ago, and chose to join hands with the brand in 2008 because their philosophy struck a chord with me.
“They believe in enabling you to be stronger than your age, allowing you to continue moving freely and live a healthy life as you age.
“On that note, I too want to continue bringing good to the lives of others through Anlene,” Anlene quoted Yeoh as saying.
Meanwhile, in 1959, H&L founding owner Bong Sung Siew first registered the grocery shop as Chop Hon Lee.
From a small-scale family-based business, H&L has grown into a major player in Sarawk’s retail industry, with a strong distribution network comprising 14 outlets in Kuching, Samarahan and Serian.
As of today, there are 226 items sold under the Hon Lee brand, and more are expected to be launched soon. — DayakDaily
