Former Disney employee trainer Doug Lipp will have a special recorded webinar only for TTLx delegates.

KUCHING, Sept 16: Former Disney employee trainer and bestselling author Doug Lipp is scheduled to make an appearance as one of the speakers at the TTLx Summit 2022, a tourism conference that is taking place on Sept 20 and 21 at Chemsains Kuching.

Through exclusively recorded videos, Doug will be talking about Lessons from DisneyU: Leadership, Culture and Legendary Service to the delegates of the summit.

Another highlight would be the talk about Sustainable Tourism Development: Strategies and Priorities from Sustainability Leaders Project founder Dr Florian Kaefer.
