KUCHING, May 18: The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced that offers for admission into Form Six Semester 1 for the year 2025 can be checked online starting tomorrow (May 19).
Students who sat for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2024 examination can view their offers by visiting https://sst6.moe.gov.my or by contacting their respective schools.
Those who did not receive an offer may submit an appeal between May 19 and May 25. The results of the appeal will be announced on June 3, through the same platform.
In a significant development, MOE will also introduce a new pilot programme for Form Six education at public universities in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
This initiative will be launched at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), offering two streams of study: Science and Social Science.
Eligible SPM 2024 leavers who receive a placement offer for Form Six and meet the requirements are invited to apply for this university-based programme during the same appeal window from May 19 to May 25.
Admission results for this programme will likewise be announced on June 3.
All successful candidates are required to report to their assigned Form Six centres as stated in their offer letters on June 10. — DayakDaily
