KANOWIT, Nov 20: A pepper storage facility and two vehicles in Lucky Garden were engulfed by fire this morning.
Kanowit firefighters responded to the call at Jalan Kanowit-Durin just before 5am.
Fire station chief PPgB Arahman Chik disclosed that the 50sf x 60 sf semi-permanent storage facility was 25 percent burnt while two cars parked next to it were totally destroyed.
The fire was under control at 5.21am. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is ongoing. – DayakDaily
