KUCHING, Oct 26: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) has launched its first high-rise residential project, Jigsaw Apartments, strategically located across the Kuching International Airport (KIA).
This development primarily features three-bedroom units alongside various other sizes designed to meet diverse needs.
According to HSL’s press release, Jigsaw Apartments offers a range of unit sizes aligned with the project’s tagline, ‘Find Your Fit—S, M, L, XL,’ which includes options from studios to medium and large units, as well as XL duplex penthouses on the ninth and tenth floors.
The units range from 434 to 2,068 square feet, with over 60 per cent comprising family-friendly, three-bedroom condos between 1,018 and 1,163 square feet.
“Prices for Jigsaw range from RM313,000 to about RM1.4 million. Planning for the project began in 2018, with construction commencing in late 2023,” read the press release.
The apartment’s architectural style merges conceptual aesthetics with practical, efficient interior layouts, all made possible by a skilled team of engineers and builders.
All parking is located underground, creating a car-free ground floor with two receptions, two lift lobbies, and resort-like facilities for residents.
“This is a blend of form and function,” said lead architect Nicholas Ling of Konzepte Asia and Lateral Design.
Currently, construction of Jigsaw is progressing well, with the basement completed and the superstructure at level three.
This project marks HSL’s first high-rise condo open for sale, following the earlier announcement of Langit Citadines Kuching, which combines hotel and luxury residential units.
The sales gallery is open to the public on the second floor of La Promenade Mall, featuring a full-size, fully furnished three-bedroom Type C+ model unit designed by IDC Architects, known for their work on HSL’s ‘Convertible House’ showhouse at La Promenade.
