KUCHING, April 20: Restaurants, food stalls and eateries in Kuching, Samarahan and Serian allowed to offer dine-ins but must not exceed 50 per cent capacity of the premises or more than 100 people.

The movement control specifically for the Kuching zone will affect residents living in Kuching Division, Samarahan Division and Serian Division.

These stricter SOPs will also be in effect for Miri Division which includes Miri zone, Marudi zone, Subis zone, Beluru zone, Telang Usan zone.

Meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions (MICE) business activities (business events), and other related activities are not allowed.

Face-to-face meetings concerning official business held in offices, hotels and other institutions are also prohibited.

All seminars, workshops, courses, training, conferences and talks must be cancelled where both government and private official or informal ceremonies are not permitted to be held.
