Escape to Starbucks’ summer flavour paradise: Sip, shop, and savour the season

KUALA LUMPUR, April 16: With summer incoming, Starbucks invites beverage enthusiasts to escape into a tropical summer paradise by indulging in refreshing beverages and explore its vibrant Seaside Getaway merchandise to enliven the sunny season.

Starbucks introducing three new seasonal flavours to its Summer Flavour Paradise lineup—the Malty Delight Chocolate Frappuccino Blended Beverage, Paradise Island Guava Cream Frappuccino Blended Beverage, and Peach Jasmine Garden Tea that will be available from today onward.

The Malty Delight Chocolate Frappuccino Blended Beverage features a blend of dark chocolate and malt, added by the satisfying crunch of nuts and malt powder that evokes a blissful getaway sensation. This drink will be made available as hot, iced, blended handcrafted beverage and Nitro Cold Brew.

Capturing the essence of summer in every sip, the new Paradise Island Guava Cream Frappuccino Blended Beverage bursts with luscious guava flavour and is topped with delicious chunks of mango jelly, delivering the ultimate taste of bliss. This drink is only available as blended handcrafted beverage.

Experience the delightful fusion of fragrant jasmine and the sweet essence of ripe peaches in the Peach Jasmine Garden Tea—a refreshing and invigorating beverage crafted for summer sipping which is only made available as iced and cold brew.

Simultaneously, Starbucks also introduced its summer merchandise collection, the ‘Seaside Getaway’, boasting the fusion of flair and functionality to everyone’s sunny adventures.

“From stainless steel and plastic cold cups, elevate your summer treats as every piece is designed to bring a touch of summer bliss to your day.”

At the same time, Starbucks also announced a special Mother’s Day showcasing charming designs capturing the floral essence of summertime joy, set to launch on May 2, 2024.

This also sees the announcement of the Starbucks Croissant Roti John, Kuih Bakar Burnt Cheesecake, and the comeback king Ayam Salai Masak Lemak Cili Api made in collaboration with chef Dato Fazley Yaakob, along with the summer-themed Starbucks card.

In addition, Starbucks took the opportunity to unveil its newest selections of whole-bean coffee, featuring the timeless Starbucks Tribute Blend 2024—a cherished favourite that blends the Sun-Dried Brazil Carmo De Minas and Single-Origin Papua New Guinea Highlands beans.
