KUCHING, Aug 15: Two localities in Belaga and Betong have been placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) by the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC).
According to SDMC in a statement today, the EMCO has been in force at Uma Balui Liko in Sungai Asap, Belaga since Friday (Aug 13), and will last until Aug 26.
In Betong, the EMCO at Kampung Medang in Spaoh, will start tomorrow (Aug 16) and last until Aug 29.
Meanwhile, the committee also announced the end of EMCO for two localities in Saratok, today (Aug 15, 2021).
The affected localities are Rh Ruta in Peligong of Sebeta, and Rh Bundat in Sg Anak of Sebetan Ulu. — DayakDaily
